You may use a pseudonym when you deal with us unless it is impractical. For example, if your pseudonym does not match your credit card details, or you give a false name and the freight company will not deliver to you, we will not be able to complete your purchase.

The Exsoylent Candles Facebook site is a public website. Any information you post on this site may be read, collected or used, by anyone and Exsoylent Candles has no control over its use. If you would like us to remove your post, please contact the Privacy Officer.
Direct Marketing
We will communicate directly with you by email to promote our goods and services though our enewsletter. We may collect this information from you directly or through our Website, or from other traders where you have requested information about Exsoylent Candles from that trader.
You may easily request not to receive direct marketing material by selecting the option to unsubscribe to our enewsletter or other email communications.

We use a cookie to track your “Shopping Bag” during your visit.

In most cases, you will be able to correct the information yourself online, for example when you go to the “checkout” to purchase goods, or respond to competitions or offers.
We reserve the right to refuse your request for access or correction if we are legally entitled to do so.

Exsoylent Candles reserves the right to change, modify, or revise this Privacy Policy in order to comply with any applicable laws or for any other reason at any time. You agree to check the Privacy Policy periodically to read about any changes, modifications, or revisions to the Policy, and each time you submit personal information or order online.
If we change the Policy we will post a notice on our Website for one month and we will draw your attention to the changes by sending you an email if you have subscribed to our enewsletter.
The variation will take on the date the notice is posted on the Website. You may object to the changes within 20 days after they are posted on the Website. If you do not agree to the changes and to Exsoylent Candles continuing to hold and use your personal information, please contact our Privacy Officer (see below).
